Welcome to la Cour! This boutique mid-rise building in Fairmount features fourteen 1 BD/1 BA apartments. Design influences from the historic French Quarter of New Orleans and the Old City of Philadelphia inspire the name. With a focus on outdoor living, we offer both the courtyard (la Cour) and the roof deck. Both spaces will incorporate elegant greenery and functionality for the community of la Cour. Art plays a pivotal role as we feature a multi-story mural by Marco Santini.
